School of Futbol also known as City SC Antelope Valley, proudly serves the Antelope Valley as a premier youth soccer club focused on developing skilled athletes and strong individuals. Founded by a U.S. Army Veteran and an ex-professional soccer player, our club blends disciplined leadership with high-level soccer experience to provide unmatched training and mentorship.
With 90+ families and growing, we offer a safe, structured, and inspiring environment where every player can learn, grow, and belong.

Christian (Pato) Diaz


Christian "Pato" Díaz is a seasoned soccer professional whose journey from the vibrant streets of Guadalajara, Mexico, to the competitive arenas of professional soccer has shaped him into a dedicated coach and mentor. Currently serving as the Director of Youth Development and Head Coach, Díaz brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Antelope Valley soccer community.

Early Life and Playing Career
Born on April 7, 1991, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Díaz's affinity for soccer was evident from a young age. At nine, he relocated to Southern California, where he continued to cultivate his skills and passion for the game. His professional career commenced with Atlas FC, a prominent club in Mexico's top-tier Liga MX, where he debuted at just 17 years old. He further honed his skills with Leones Negros, gaining invaluable experience in Mexico's competitive soccer landscape.
Díaz's versatility on the field, transitioning from a winger to a left back, showcased his adaptability and commitment to team dynamics. His playing style, characterized by offensive prowess and defensive reliability, made him a valuable asset to his teams.

Transition to Coaching and Youth Development
After an illustrious playing career, including a notable tenure with Forward Madison FC in the United States' USL League One, Díaz shifted his focus to coaching and youth development. His experiences as a professional player have profoundly influenced his coaching philosophy, emphasizing technical skill, tactical understanding, and personal growth.
At School of Futbol, Díaz is instrumental in shaping the organization's youth programs, fostering an environment where young athletes can thrive. His leadership extends beyond the pitch, instilling values of discipline, teamwork, and resilience in his players.

Jaime Estrada

Staff Sergeant (SSG) Jaime Estrada is a decorated United States Army Veteran whose commitment to service and leadership has seamlessly transitioned from the battlefield to the soccer field. With two tours in the Middle East—including deployments to Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. SSG Jaime Estrada embodies resilience, discipline, and a dedication to excellence.
From a young age, Estrada harbored a profound passion for soccer, dreaming of a professional playing career. However, financial constraints during his youth limited his opportunities to pursue this aspiration. This personal experience ignited a lifelong commitment to ensuring that all children, regardless of their economic background, have access to the resources and support needed to chase their dreams.
As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at School of Futbol, Estrada plays a pivotal role in shaping the club's strategic direction and operational excellence. His leadership ensures that programs are effectively managed, resources are optimally allocated, and the organization's mission is consistently upheld.
In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Estrada serves as a dedicated coach, bringing his deep tactical understanding and high soccer IQ to the training ground. A dedicated student of the game, he continually studies match strategies, formations, and player development techniques. His ability to analyze game situations and develop strategic training programs empowers young athletes to elevate their performance and understanding of the sport.
